Data Processing Addendum
This DPA forms part of the Leadlund Terms or an incorporating order when Leadlund processes personal data for a customer.
1. Roles and processing
The customer is controller or processor for another controller; Leadlund is processor. Processing covers storing, organizing, enriching, exporting, suppressing, scheduling and transmitting professional contact and campaign data during the agreement and deletion period.
2. Instructions and customer duties
The agreement, product settings and documented support requests are instructions. Leadlund processes only on those instructions unless law requires otherwise and will flag apparently unlawful instructions. The customer ensures lawful, transparent instructions and data.
3. Confidentiality and security
Authorized persons are bound by confidentiality. Measures include encrypted stored email credentials, tenant-scoped access, HTTPS, suppression checks, restricted production access, monitoring and retention controls.
4. Subprocessors and transfers
The customer generally authorizes the providers listed in the Privacy Notice. Leadlund applies appropriate obligations, remains responsible for processor duties and will notify material changes where practicable. Transfers outside the EEA use a valid adequacy decision, Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
5. Assistance and breaches
Leadlund reasonably assists with data-subject rights, assessments, regulator consultations and compliance evidence. It notifies the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting customer data.
6. Return, deletion and audits
On termination or request, Leadlund deletes or returns customer data unless law requires retention. Backups expire normally and limited suppression data may remain to preserve objections. Necessary compliance information is provided; an additional audit may be requested annually with reasonable notice and safeguards.
7. Precedence and contact
