Terms of service
By creating an account or using Leadlund, you agree to these terms for yourself and the organization you represent.
1. Provider and service
Leadlund is a Finnish private trader based in Vantaa, Business ID 3627560-4. Registered details are available from YTJ. Contact support@leadlund.com.
Leadlund provides B2B discovery, enrichment, campaign preparation, customer-account sending and suppression tools. Prototype and pilot functionality, limits and availability may change.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, report unauthorized use and ensure you may bind the organization and connect each sending account.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Comply with privacy, electronic-marketing, consumer, registry and provider rules in every target country.
- Document a lawful basis, give required transparency and identify the true sender.
- Honor objections and suppression; do not bypass unsubscribe controls.
- Exclude consumer, private-life and sensitive data unless separately lawful.
- Review generated text and public data before use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Leadlund for spam, harassment, phishing, fraud, unlawful discrimination, malware, credential abuse, unauthorized security testing, raw-data resale or quota and suppression evasion. Leadlund may pause harmful or unlawful use.
5. Data and third parties
The Privacy Notice covers Leadlund's own processing and the DPA applies to customer data processed on your behalf. Public and third-party data may be incomplete or wrong; you must verify it and determine whether contact is lawful.
6. Fees, rights and security
Plan limits and the applicable order govern usage, fees and taxes. Leadlund retains rights in the service; you retain customer content and grant rights needed to operate it. Report suspected compromise to security@leadlund.com.
7. Suspension, termination and liability
An unpaid pilot may be ended on reasonable notice. Leadlund may suspend for security, unlawful use, breach, non-payment or provider risk. Export needed data before deletion.
During the prototype the service is provided as available. To the lawful maximum, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months; liability that cannot be limited remains unaffected.
8. Law and changes
Material changes will be notified reasonably in advance. Finnish law applies and unresolved disputes go to the courts of Finland, with the District Court of Vantaa first where permitted.
